If you purchased through the Apple App Store:
If you bought Super Fryd through Apple's App Store, it means you've entered into a purchase agreement with Apple, and you'll need to manage your subscription in the App Store, including cancelation.

Here are two ways to manage your subscription:
1. If you want to cancel it regularly at the end of your contract period or if you're still within the 7-day trial period, open the App Store, tap your profile icon in the upper right corner, then go to Subscriptions. You should find an active subscription for Fryd there, and you can cancel it from there.
2. If you're past the trial period but still wish to cancel your purchase, you can find out how to do so here: [link to Apple support article].


If you purchased through the Google Play Store:
If you bought Super Fryd through the Android Play Store, it means you've entered into a purchase agreement with Google, and you'll need to manage your subscription in the Play Store, including cancelation.

Here are two ways to manage your subscription:

1. If you want to cancel it regularly at the end of your contract period or if you're still within the 7-day trial period, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon in the upper right corner, choose Payments & Subscriptions, then tap on Subscriptions. Look for "Fryd" in the list of subscriptions, and you can update your payment method or cancel your subscription there. If you cancel, you can still use it for the period you've already paid for.

If you purchased through the Fryd website:
Log in to https://login.fryd.app with your desktop browser, and click on "Cancel Subscription" in your profile. If that doesn't work, please contact us via email at support@fryd.app, and we'll be happy to assist you.
